These renowned IT companies welcomed the students, guided them through their work and relaxation spaces, introduced them to business projects and technologies and presented opportunities for internships and employment. The employees also patiently answered numerous student questions.
Gideon
At Gideon, students learned about the company’s development and technological solutions, particularly those involving artificial intelligence. They were introduced to the process of assembling autonomous robots and witnessed the testing of autonomous forklifts for loading and unloading. Students discovered that working in such a company requires knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and Python, alongside other essential skills like critical thinking and business communication.
Gideon develops innovative AI and 3D vision solutions for autonomous robots that perceive and record their environment, adapting to various workspaces. This technology helps companies improve operational efficiency and tackle automation challenges in dynamic industrial settings, where AI and robotics play a crucial role in maintaining market competitiveness.
Infobip
The second part of the visit took place at Infobip’s campus, where students were introduced to the company’s working methods and business operations, particularly their communication platform and AI-driven solutions. They also learned about the Infobip Ignite internship program in both business and engineering fields. Students were encouraged to be proactive, continuously develop their skills, and demonstrate initiative and adaptability—key attributes for success in an innovative and fast-paced environment like Infobip.
