FOI organizes Financial Literacy and Fintech Week

To mark Global and European Money Week, the Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI) is organizing a series of lectures and workshops on fintech, financial literacy, cryptocurrencies, fraud prevention, and investment strategies. The program is open to all FOI students, regardless of their study program or year.

From March 17 to March 20, 2025, FOI will host top industry speakers covering topics such as:

  • From Local to Global – Igor Mladinović on the success of La Štruk and Cravaticum
  • Crypto in Traditional Finance – Why Bitcoin? – Marko Bogdan
  • Investment Opportunities in Vesna Capital – Karlo Kukec
  • Recognizing and Preventing Crypto Fraud – Vedran Mijatović
  • Investments & Harsh Reality – Securing Capital in Modern Entrepreneurship – Kristijan Škarica
  • Developing Innovative Financial Apps – Dejan Donev (Erste Bank)

Additionally, students can join interactive workshops, including:

  • Investment Basics – Assoc. Prof. Ivana Đunđek, PhD
  • Blockchain Simulation & Virtual Asset Trading – Ivan Mihaljević
