UNIZG FOI participated in ESIEA International Day

The University of Zagreb Faculty of Organization and Informatics (UNIZG FOI), took part in the International Day organised by its partner university, ESIEA. The event took place on Thursday, November 14, 2024, when Full Prof. Nina Begičević Ređep, presented FOI to ESIEA students, highlighting its key advantages as an great choice for short or long term mobility. On the following day, FOI Dean, Full Prof. Marina Klačmer Čalopa, joined Prof. Begičević Ređep, and together they attended a series of meetings with ESIEA researchers, doctoral candidates and lab leaders.

The Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI) participated in the ESIEA International Day held on November 14, 2024, at ESIEA’s campus in Paris. This event was organised to inform ESIEA students about opportunities for international mobility and introduce them to partner universities where they can choose to study.

Full Prof. Nina Begičević Ređep represented FOI at the event, delivering a presentation to students preparing to join FOI for an exchange program during the summer semester of 2024/2025. She also presented to students considering exchange programs for the academic year 2025/2026, providing insights into what they can expect from FOI. Over 100 participants attended these presentations. Additionally, FOI Summer School, a program launched this year and attended by students from both ESIEA and FOI, was introduced to interested students.

On the following day, November 15, 2024, Prof. Begičević Ređep was joined by FOI Dean, Full Prof. Marina Klačmer Čalopa. Together, they engaged in a series of meetings with ESIEA researchers, doctoral candidates and research lab leaders. These discussions focused on exploring opportunities for deeper academic and research collaboration between FOI and ESIEA, laying the groundwork for future projects and initiatives.

This visit has further strengthened the partnership between the two universities, paving the way for enhanced cooperation in education and research.
