CECIIS 2014 – Poziv za studentsku poster sekciju / Call for student poster section

Pozivaju se studenti koji su u postupku izrade završnih ili diplomskih radova ili se bave određenim istraživanjem da se prijave za sudjelovanje na studentskoj poster sekciji konferencije CECIIS 2014.

We invite students who are engaged in a specific research subject to apply for participation in the Student Poster section at the CECIIS 2014 conference. The poster section is an ideal format for students who are completing their bachelor or master thesis.

Konferencija će se održati na Fakultetu organizacije i informatike od 17. do 19. rujna 2014.godine.

Prijavu postera u obliku sažetka na engleskom jeziku s naslovom, autorima (i mentorom, ako je primjenjivo),  ključnim riječima i tekstom dužine od 300 do 350 riječi potrebno je poslati do  06.07.2014. godine na adresu poster.ceciis@foi.hr. Autori mogu biti samo studenti.

Nakon recenzentskog postupka, obavijesti o prihvaćanju postera bit će poslane najkasnije 14.07.2014. Prihvaćeni posteri trebaju biti veličine formata A1, postavljeni okomito i na engleskom jeziku, a autori će dobiti upute za njihovu izradu. Rok za slanje postera je 01.09.2014.

Studentska poster sekcija održat će se u srijedu,17.09.2014. Sažeci će biti objavljeni na stranicama konferencije (http://ceciis.foi.hr), a studenti će dobiti potvrdu o sudjelovanju. Troškovi kotizacije su 10 EUR za studente preddiplomskih i diplomskih studija te 20 EUR za studente poslijediplomskih studija, a pokrivaju tiskanje postera, potvrdu o sudjelovanju, akreditaciju te jednu pauzu za kavu.

The conference will be held at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varazdin from 17-19 September, 2014.

Applications should be sent to poster.ceciis@foi.hr until 06 July 2014. Applications should be written in English in form of a short abstract. The 300-350 word application should contain the poster title, author/s (including the mentor where applicable), keywords and text. Only students can apply as authors.

Poster acceptance notifications will be sent not later than 14 July 2014 after the review process. Accepted posters should be in A1 paper size format (portrait) and written in English. The authors will receive instructions for poster preparation. The deadline for poster submission is 01 September 2014.

The Student Poster section will be held on Wednesday, 17 September 2014. Abstracts will be published on the conference website (http://ceciis.foi.hr). All students will be awarded participation certificates. The registration fee is EUR 10 for undergraduate and graduate students and EUR 20 for Ph.D. students and covers poster printing, participation certificate, accreditation and one coffee break.
