Developing Professional Competencies Through Practical Workshops
The Career Compass program includes a series of interactive workshops where students will gain specialized knowledge in areas such as:
Mobile app development for ERP systems
UX/UI design and user experience
Scrum methodology in business processes
SEO optimization and eCommerce strategies
QA testing and quality assurance
Leadership skills development
A special opportunity is available for third-year undergraduate students of the Information and Business Systems program, as participation in selected workshops can fulfill part of their required professional internship.
Job Interview Simulations – Preparing for the Labor Market
One of the event’s key segments will be job interview simulations conducted by representatives of well-known companies, including Lidl, APIS IT, Konzum, CS Computer Systems and Span. Students will take part in 20-minute interviews and receive personalized feedback and actionable advice to improve their professional presentation.
Career Compass is yet another example of FOI’s continued commitment to bridging academic education with labor market needs, while empowering students through the development of professional and career-related skills.
