Invitation to the workshop "Writing Teaching Cases"

As part of this year's FOI International Cooperation Days 2024 organized by the Entrepreneurship Lab, Professor Jeanette Miller, Ph.D. from the Smeal College of Business, Penn State University, will hold a workshop for FOI and other interested Ph.D. students on writing business problem cases for use in class. The workshop is especially suitable for teachers of economic and organizational subjects, but all interested parties are invited.

The workshop is designed to be interactive, including a case report that Prof. Miller wrote and published with SAGE, and she will share with us the approach to publishing such cases. The goal is for each participant to define a teaching case that they can write in the next 6 to 9 months with follow-up through a return online meeting in late fall 2024 to assess the participant's progress. How is it planned that Prof. Miller will come to FOI next year with his students, we will have the opportunity to get additional feedback. The language of the workshop is English.

The workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 15 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Faculty hall, building FOI 1.
