Guest lecture at FOI by Mark Thomas from Grenoble École de Management on "Strategic Entrepreneurship and Weak Signals"

As part of the Corporate Management course at the Graduate Study Program Economics of Entrepreneurship, an invited lecture by Professor Mark Thomas from Grenoble École de Management (GEM) was held on the topic "Strategic Entrepreneurship and Weak Signals".

Professor Thomas, a prominent expert in the field of strategic entrepreneurship and management, shared with the students his experience and knowledge about the importance of recognizing weak signals in the business environment. Through practical examples, professor Thomas explained how companies can recognize and interpret weak signals that indicate changes in market trends, consumer preferences and technological innovations. He emphasized that timely recognition of these signals is essential for successful strategic planning and preserving competitive advantage in dynamic market conditions.
